If no minors are in a car, then seat belts shouldn't be mandatory.
I guess the law could argue you could go through the window and kill the people you ran onto or someone walking along the highway but the helmet Law is big brother.

Yes I was also going to mention the cost of medical care...a potato costs a lot of money to maintain. If a person doesn't wear a helmet and becomes vegetable like because of it his organs should be harvested to help others and his then empty carcass fed to the pigs.
