   I found it laying in the snow on my way home. I'm assuming it's a vaporizer? It's pretty heavy. Is it salvageable even though it's all wet and was mostly buried in snow?

   I'd put it in rice or Silicia for a week or two before trying to start it.
   
   It is a Sigelei FUCHAI 200w baterry thing with heat control (duh) and looks like a TOM 3 liquid container.
   
   The worth of this is about 80-100 $$$. You need a charger, though.

   I'd open it up and dry it and then try to start it.
   
   You can also take avacuum and a paper towel to try and suck some water out.

   I vsccuumed it and wiped it down. It has 2 big batteries which I took out then put back in. The display lit up 'FUCHIA' for one second and then went away. It's not appearing to do anything when I hold down the power button, so I assume the batteries are maybe dead or fucked? I literally have never used a vape

   You probably destroyed it when you started it because there was still water on the circuits inside.
   
   I don't know how waterproff that thing is.
