Biden is dumb for not trickling down the domestic oil production. Setting goals in tiers instead of shutting down the remaining keystone construction

And as mentioned he is only doing so to get back at republicans and pander to the retarded far left. This is a big mistake. But he could have started a reduction process by percentage annually or every 5 years.

He is only going to loose the next election and his health may show he's not capable for 4 more years. So Republicans will step up and restart the keystone and it will only harm future green energy growth. Had he kept the keystone and adopted a slowdown by said goal date of 2035 (which dates are always given extra moritorium time frames from lawsuits) the actual turnover date would be closer to 2038-2040

Now it might get train wrecked till 2050-2060

His agressive behavior is a win for his foes.
