Should I just go back on my antidepressants

   Emotions have been up and down lately some days I'm fine other days I feel sad and like I'll never be happy again. When I was on my antidepressants life was more consistent but it was also just a blah/empty feeling. Since I have quit I have noticed more creativity but also more days with that sad feeling.

   taking a small med-vacation is good but your heart rate might go up because your body was used to the calming affect most SSRI have.
   
   of course thats not really what an antidepressant is classified. those are usually Benzo's
