OK I thought about it for like 10 minutes today but this thread inspired me to Google it and it's "du pain Perdu" which means LOST BREAD what the le petit mort tiny death orgasm does that mean?

its because it's typically made with day old/stale bread that would be tossed out/"lost" otherwise
