SWIM is a popular man, I personally like him a lot. That being said, not everyone feels the same way but however they do feel strongly, you either really like SWIM or you try not to be near him and keep your bitch ass comments to yourself.
Although there have been some sticks in the mud to say the least, SWIM has a cruel side and worse than that holds grudges that will last longer than the death of himself. Having had a lot of time to contemplate options and make lulz in other manners he has in his studies saw that it is an extreme challenge to overcome death certificates in the United States for the purposes of identity theft. However, it is very easy to have them issued. A backlog exists in most small communities that is treated similarly to end of the year book closing, they are all formatted and submitted to Madison at one time (or whereever your CENSUS is taken to, in Illinois it is Chicago). They are forced to try to rapidly clear these back log orders that are not electronically submitted (small counties), and often rely on multiple follow up death certificates.
When you get a death certificate issued for you, your social security card locks up, you can no longer be employed, draw down on government assistance, have an intermediary assist, your banks will begin contacting your personal contacts, and refuse mortgage payments witout explanation. You must go tot he court house, schedule a hearing, and in the interum they have no recourse and often times can't pull more than 100$ out of their bank accounts. If you do this in a really big city it can be like weeks or months until this is all sorted, and as soon as it's sorted SWIM just figures he'll also reapply for a new driver's license, mail hold at the DMV and send his ex girlfriend (who is loyal to the come up) to collect it with a power of attorney form that's faux certified by SWIM & MS Paint
From then on SWIM will not only have deeply confounded his enemy of many many years ago, but about 3 or 4 of them he has gleaned the personal information from in his travels, but SWIM will also have birthed a second identity that is a few short steps away from being the end goal:
The face says SWIM but the name says You and SWIM is a cruel person.
I wanted to tell him that's crazy and he should not do that to someone else, but I am afraid of SWIM who is a popular man, I like him a lot.

I like this idea. Does this thread contain a reference to the song "hell yeah" by dead prez. I think it's a good idea to ask someone locally the procedure. You probably need some kind of confirmation from the ME but I imagine that can be fabricated as well. Probably need a good deal of info on the subject as well.
