I'm interested in the mentioned "steel door" part, have a steel door here at work that doesn't sit straight but the "hinges" are not adjustable in anyway. In fact I had a door guy come out a couple of weeks ago and he quoted $700 to remove the door, remove the old "Hinges" and then weld on/attach a new "tradional" hinge.
