If we're talking, say, 18-19-20, sure, you do start to find some of the typical party girls who are into casual sex and not looking for love. I don't know if I find that very appealing, though.
And... out of that population, you will have a hard time finding any who are looking for casual sex with older men. They exist too — daddy issues are way more common than I ever expected — but most are hooking up with their peers, whom they are around a lot and whom don't have the "creepiness" factor you gotta get past.
