Not any more...when I got mine you needed one to carry a handgun. They changed it so anyone can open carry a couple of years ago though. Mine expires next year but I'll still renew it. -

While I tend to agree that new humans have no value, I guess I still would have a bit of conscience about killing one "willy nilly"...even though as mentioned I technically have done in the past by financing abortions (and being somewhat pleased with the reward points on my credit card).
Not everything makes sense in life though I guess...I know I can show mercy one day and stomp on an innocents head the next day...I guess it depends on my mood at the time. -
