I got my 2 plus acres however I'm looking to save and buy more land higher up in the wooded area of high desert outside of Reno.
The flat desert with sage brush I'm thinking of building a large metal garage structure and raise tropical fish and build a fish farm for Japanese koy or raise clown fish or other salt water tropical with UV lighting simulating their environment. Start off small and go from there. Saw some dudes on YouTube doing this in Mexico .. I'm gonna do it for NorCal areas of Sacramento and San Francisco and sell in bulk for cheap. Maybe people in Reno as well.. but I doubt there is a big market there
I wonder if you can raise red abalone in farms and feed them a super food to get them over 8 inches to sell to seafood restaurants for half of wild catch goes for. 120 bucks a fucking pound.

Also that sage brush is sharp as fuck. It somehow rolled in from Russia. They believe the Russian fur traders of the west coast in the 1800s brought it over on ships and the seeds will grow in little water until it rains. There was no brush prior to this. It's invasive as fuck. Fucking Russians from 1800s scratched my brand new car. Shit won't buff out.
