i think you're splitting hairs but perhaps our allegedly asian friend was making a play of the words "unmanned" in the sense of them being a full blown post-op tranny, as well as some association to the US proclivity for using drones in warfare.
having over analyzed it i don't think im currently in a position any more to judge it's humor factor (scale of 1-10)
