what did I do wrong last night (to cig or the women experts here)

   Yesterday as you know I went out and was on my M1 Macbook Pro playing breath of fire a bit and surfing the web and saw these super hot and young looking (well one of them could definitely be a teen or 17 with pony tails and all) chicks drink not far from me beers and they kept eyeing me at first at least they kept making eye contact and even one would turn and look at me and i looked up and her eyes went back forward to her friend like they were discussing me or how hot i was or something. Anyway, i eventually walked by them to get another beer and offered them shots but my voice was weird and i was a bit drunk at this time before having the courage to do this, and nervous. I am not sure if this did me in or i wasnt smooth enough but one of them said something like she thought about it said mmm no thanks but thanks a lot or some shit like that and i said i paused for a second how bout drinks? I am not sure if this is exactly how they respondd but something like this. I also said if you want let me know and come join me ill get us som shots or something and she said thanks maybe or thanks or ho knows but they were not rude to me. After this they didnt really look at me the sam way or keep checking me out but the other chick not the young looking one with pony tails but the other one sort of did a bit but not as much. when i eventually left or put my jacket on (its actually snowing in poland now) they said goodbye to me and waved.
   
   again what did i do wrong where i didnt get my ass licked last night or is this how all polish chicks are especially in bars where the society here is so stratified and theyre so paranoid talking to a stranger or going home with a guy that it never works for me?

I should have tried harder or been more persistent more self assured or simply said hey if you dont want shots because you work in the morning (the other one said this) I should have said then just come join me without any shots if youd like :)
