I had a nightmare a few nights ago that no matter what I searched for on any search engine it only came back with mainstream media results about how great jedi activists were. Even technical queries only came back with New York Times articles about teenage jedi girls who were fighting for women and blacks in tech. This was the case even in stack overflow. As a result no one at work was able to do their job and we were all talking about how we couldn't debug our projects or find code snippets to copy and paste into our work.
I used to have dreams were humans had sex, but via various IO ports like parallel ports, SATA ports, etc. Those were weird.

I had one where sand was frictionless and some other force was pulling me into the ocean, a train to hell and pushing someone into a sea of stars.

But i dreampt the other knight that i built a shed and was heating up a IBC tote of muriatic acid or hyrogen peroxide with a turkey fryer but i got it too hot and it started plasticising and errupting flames so i had to garden hose it down and put the fire out which was scary because i dint want it to erupt more to the water but i got the fire out easy enough

I had a dream recently that I'd built a lighthouse using a fabricator, but somehow just the ladders and walkways came out in random sizes so it kind of looked like an mc escher painting
it was fucked and I woke up angry

I had a nightmare once where our civilization depended absolutely on a kind of machine that was so complex and that we had become so lazy that the only way we could make it work is by googling the things we do every day and copy pasting code snippets. All the art and intellect was gone, all we had left was regurgitating each other’s spaghetti for the rest of eternity.
I still haven’t woken up.

Only time i have a tech dream is when i spend 24 hours straight doing a tech related task and immediately go to sleep afterwards.

I had a dream last night that I moved to America and rented the new gameboy. It was just like the old gameboy in appearance, but much thinner, solidly built, full color screen, etc. It was $200 for two weeks and $400 deposit. It turned into VR goggles, so for a while I was playing some VR game and having so much fun I was angry and felt pain every time I had to return to reality. Being in VR my whole body felt watery and soft. It was really boring though, it was basically hogwarts at a golf course, and all the quests involved finding golf balls and having to return them to their owner. The entire time I was wearing a covid mask due to some new law, but only noticed it when I was out of game.
