I was pretty worn out yesterday at work.
So worn out that I even made my first mistake after being there just shy of 2 months.
It was a small mistake that brought my supervisor to question me on a specific code I relayed to him which really threw me so I went and double checked my work only to find there was in fact an error and it was soley my fault.
I fixed it and relayed to him the correct code and that was that.
Even though it didn't amount to much it could have if the error had went unnoticed and/or if it was pertaining to a greater amount of goods.
Anyways, I went home and ate my dinner and promptly crashed on my bed.
Slept very well.
Woke up at 8:30 this morning and spend over an hour poking my phones screen as I surfed around on the web.
It's 10am now and I'm drinking my cup of coffee relaxing as my heater warms up my apartment.
Originally there was a lot I had planned to do today but the weather is too cold for me to even try so I'm going to enjoy a peaceful morning to myself and do whatever else I want.

its cold as fuk here also, I had to go out to the creek and get a bucket of water to flush the toilet after I took a huge shit, I knew it wasnt the kinda shit you could squat and shit in a bag or box, it was a sit down shit with ample clean up time,, not the sort of thing you wanna do without some support now I'm on my 2nd cup of coffee and I already got high on white papaya and now I'm going to watch the war room to see if that cock sucker has the balls to really get down to the nitty gritty or just cuck out like most days. this after noon Im going out to see if the wench will pull the trailer or if I'll have to fire up the tractor to help the wench.

Clean some.

Go to Lowes and return unused flooring so I can get money back.
Start filing out my expense report for work.
Make a grocery list.

I've been thinking a lot the last day about all the stuff I've been stressing over in regards to working in my girlfriend's basement and I've come to the conclusion that my priorities are out of order.
After all I got done the necessary work so there is no reason I HAVE to keep doing more and more before I move in especially when it will be just plain easier to work on once I'm living there.
Also, there are other matters to attend to that require more attention that my desire for fake grass and expensive windows.
Tomorrow I already have planned to put in as many more windows as I can but after that and some light paint scraping I think I'm going to pump the brakes for a bit.
My girlfriend's car needs and oil change and mine probably could use one soon too.
The fence gate is broken.
And the garage door motor needs replaced.
Oh, and the door to the fridge doesn't close properly.
I think this weekend I'll focus more on actually moving in and way less on prepping like I have to live there the rest of my life.
To be honest it would be a travesty if I spend OODLES of dollars on something that I couldn't even enjoy anyways for instance if us living together turns out to be a bad idea.
Hoping everything is peachy and we continue to get along well.
But yesterday I said something along the lines of "probably can't spend much time with the kid this weekend because i'll be busy" and even though she never said anything in regards to that statement I later reflected on it and found that is absolutely not the way I want to prioritize.
Material shit and checking stuff off the honey to do list can wait sometimes. I'd like to spend the few hours a week I even get to see these people WITH THESE PEOPLE.
