   Its animals with 2 stomachs..the ones that chew the cud. Strict kosher..but not even today's kosher that eats domesticated fowl...I still eat birds but If you really wanted max carnivore diet effects you would eat only ruminent animals

   You'll start to feel better for sure..since I've been doing this (as much as possible) and I can literally tell the difference in how much better I feel whenever I eat like this. If I cheat and eat some bullshit like a TV dinner or taco bell or pizza rolls, I literally feel like shit in a few hours and the next day, it's literally the weirdest shit but it's made me kinda connect the dots of how shitty I always felt when I was on dope and how I was eating, which was rare and complete 100% bullshit like candy and McChickens. It's no wonder i always felt like shit along with my fucking addiction.
