I need to remove a little calcified cyst from behind my ear

There is too much skin covering it to just squeeze it out like a zit.
Sort of feel weird about asking my girlfriend to cut me so I can get it out.
It's going to require more than a safety pin to remove.
A small cut will suffice but I'm really wanting to do this with a scalpel or something other than a razor knife.
    IDK... what do you think.
Here, I tried to take a picture of it.

    Suggestions?

Yeah bro I'd use a scalpel but get a mate to do it. Make a small slice then try and squeeze it through that as opposed to making a big slice.

Maybe this weekend I'll ask her if she wants to take a slice at it.
Dang thing showed up a few months ago and I just can't get it out.

Is it painful or just hard to the touch?

It's not painful but it is hard to the touch.

Go to a local clinic and they can probably remove it in 10 min for like $40.

I tried popping a small one on the back of my ear once, and despite cleaning, wearing gloves, etc….got an infection that swelled up the whole side of my neck and part of my jaw. Was painful to even eat bc the tendons in my jaw were all infected n inflamed. I know you love bad ideas n being a cheap joo but maybe let a pro handle this one.

Id wager if it even is a cyst, its pretty firsmly rooted at this point. Not gonna be able to squeeze it out. Gonna have to be excised.

    GBN is right.

Asking for medical advice here is like asking the magic 8 ball about important financial decisions.

Go to the clinic and have it done correctly. First off the potential for developing an infection because it was not completely removed properly is tremendous. An infection in that area can be a bitch, also those things are typically formed in little sacs, if you leave even a few cells behind it’ll keep coming back, assuming it doesn’t become infected and travel because you or she pushed something deeper than it was to begin with.

    Let a Dr handle it

Get your cat to bite it off lol.
Just go to a minute clinic and have them cut off.

Use a razor blade and put it on your gay video series no one but you watches, you might get more than 12 views.

Go see a medical professional. If you can't for whatever reason use liquid nitrogen to burn it off.
