I got skipped for promotion at work

   A round of promotions went out. Several of the people I was in orientation with got bumped up to the egg head and training departments.
   
   I noticed that none of the waterspiders have even been asked about any type of advancement. I am cool with all my fellow waterspiders so I know what they know and vice versa. Most of them don't even do line work anymore they are doing 3 day waterspider (not supposed to do more than 2) but a lot of them work wed-sat while I do thursday to sunday and I usually work the line on sunday
   
   I am all fucked up over this. Not like I care, I'm happy where I am but I think management is full of shit talking about how waterspiders become leadership. I don't buy what they are selling, I think they are shoveling us horse shit personally and I'm not upset for my sake, I took this job to keep my head down.
   
   I am thinking about my fellow waterspiders who PUMP and SLAM hard if not harder than me and what about them? Have they been asked to do anything else? Have any of us? Whats the deal here? I'm not working with them tomorrow but you best believe I have been keeping my head UP I know names, I know everyone there and my new goal is to work with my waterspiders and FUCK management. I walked out of my department and started helping another department today, another waterspider and I feel good about myself probably better than these kiss asses. FUCK EVERYONE EXCEPT WATERSPIDERS!!!!!!!!!
