Free speech is not illegal and is already guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. -

This is true and I was being a little unfair to the preacher guy, I've just seen him "preach" before and found him to be laughable. I don't think he spent much, if any time in jail either, I think he's mostly just been cited. He's doing s disservice to a righteous cause by being so hard to take seriously though.
Also, the charter of Rights and Freedoms was introduced by papa trudeau who in turn restricted it during the the October crisis. The more you know! -

Wrong. He's been sitting in solitary confinement for months, and they won't even allow him bail. All for no crime whatsoever. He's in there for nothing more than speaking out against the government. Even killers get bail here, but not priests who dare speak out against corruption. -

Yeah I just looked it up and he's been jailed since the coutts protest was broken up and they made a big deal out of the 8 or so hunting rifles they found. Sucks he got dragged into that dumb display since that was really just damaging Canada's economy and not doing any service to their cause or bugging any politicians. The coutts and windsor border protests were patently pointless, empty and stupid.
He has a history of violating court orders which is why he wasn't given bail on relatively minor charges. It's more of an injustice that that woman who organized the Ottawa protest who had no record at all had to spend weeks in without bail (could possibly still be inside).
Idk, he should have expected that would happen. The couple of guns they found were coast to coast news when they did and he's already a professional public annoyance. He should be out soon either way -

Wow. You really are sorely uneducated on the subject. And I'm starting to think that ignorance is willful and deliberate. The economy was NOT affected whatsoever by the protests. During both the Ottawa protest and the border protests, the truckers deliberately and voluntarily left one lane open for traffic. They did not disrupt any flow of traffic. But guess who DID block traffic and affected the economy? The cops, working for Trudeau and his minions! They blocked off ALL lanes further up the highway! In Ottawa, the truckers left one lane open, and the police blocked that open lane. At the border, the truckers left one lane open. The communist tyrant, Trudeau, blocked the roads, not the truckers. He wanted to exaggerate the situation strictly for political leverage. If you want to blame someone for choking the economy, blame the liberals and the cops, because they're the ones actually responsible for that. -

Spectral you were too scared to go to the honkening protest down the street from you and we are talking about border crossings where tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars pass through every day. Having one lane open (if true) is creating a choke point and trucks will find other routes. Not to mention that commercial trucks usually require more than one lane.
You are sorely uneducated on the subjects of logistics, commerce and trade and I'm starting to think that ignorance is willful. You literally do not even drive a car and make up fake reasons as to why this is. The narrative you try to instill is very cute. -
