You spelled "major" leaks wrong. If the water is puddling something is obviously wrong. Not to mention the fact that as water soaks through the wall it makes the concrete/limestone/whatever the foundation is made of get weaker over time. That's not even accounting for the fact that there's 100% black mold in the house now, which is toxic as fuck to breath in.

It's even worse than that: It's some random chick's house, not even his rental. -

concrete are good for at least a hundred years under normal weathring conditions.
also only a minority of black molds are toxic, as most black molds are harmless.

Yeah, concrete CAN be good for over a hundred years properly maintained. The fact that water has made it into this ladies basement suggests the concrete has began to fail, meaning part of the foundation is failing. Go look at the video Fonaplats posted, right at the start after he notices the puddle you rubs the wall and you can see it starting to crumble.
One thing I will concede though is that since the foundation on this house doesn't have rebar it's not at as high of a risk as, say, a 12 story condo building.
As for the mold, yeah, usually it isn't but when it's around kids (Fona's gf has kids) and the immunocompromised (Fona has HIV or something) it CAN be deadly. -

so just like covid, your "concerns" only affect people and concrete with pre-existing, underlying conditions. -

No, unlike covid, water damaged concrete and foundation damage is a serious issue that not enough people take seriously. Look at the Surfside collapse last year. Concrete doesn't last as long as people think it does unmaintained. You can CLEARLY see in the video that the foundation is compromised.
The mold honestly isn't even the biggest concern here, it's the clear foundation damage and water coming in causing additional damage, mixed with the fact it's creating a high humidity environment which causes damage to the floor joists and support beams.
Then you have chucklefucks like Fonaplats taking advice from people like you just adding fuel to the fire.
If the house doesn't collapse it will eventually get enough water damage that the mold will start causing problems.
