Obviously a lie insofar as your admission that you refused to even read her qualifications.

    Try again...harder.

Her qualifications are irrelevant unless you can provide the qualifications of ALL OTHER CANDIDATES to compare to them...dumbo.

..but oh wait, there were no other candidates because Biden said he was going to pick a black woman before anyone had the chance to be considered...SYSTEMIC RACISM.

Yeah he's picking from a pool that excludes most people to give the illusion of progressivism tho. You do understand that right?

    BULLSHIT.

More than one person can be qualified for the position as well as legitimate arguments as to who is the best.

Do you feel that it is proper and just that in the 250 or so year history of the Supreme Court there has never been a black female Supreme Court judge?

Yeah, because most of the time they were picking from a narrow pool. Is that right?

If you'd have bothered to have read her biography, you'd know that, like Judge Clarence Thomas, she is married to a white person, and is related to former Speaker Paul Ryan through marriage.

    Dummy!

Errr yeah, thats part of the point dumbo..MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAN BE....but if you state "I'M GOING TO NOMINATE A BLACK WOMAN" before you've even evaluated ALL candidates then their qualifications don't mean shit...as you selected based FIRST on color...and clearly didn't evaluate ALL possible candidates. I guarantee she isn't the highest qualified person in the United States...but she sure is a black woman...dumbo.

No more so than there has never been a one armed one legged ginger either...Supreme court judges should be the most qualified/experienced judges...not selected because "Well we ain't had us a nigga before, lets get one of those"

    Jesus, Marie and Jose...

    Jiggles, obviously.

Were Barrett and Cavanaugh the most qualified for the Supreme Court or were they selected for thgir right leaning politics and the hope that they would overturn Roe v. Wade?

RIPtotse victim of incest [my adversative decurved garbo]
Hey guys remember that time that biden endorsed insane hcl to freebase laws with cocaine, ensuring that thousands of Americans get oversentenced, all while his son was self admittedly smoking crack and parmeasean cheese and whatever else he could find in the carpet?

Did hunter go to jail? Nah he got a job in the navy and started banging his brother's widow. Fucking classy for sure. What did biden do when hunter fucked up the navy job? Got him an 86k a month gig on a board for a energy company in the Ukraine. Hunter must know a lot about energy and that subject to get the job right? Wrong, he admitted he only got the job because of his father and also claims to have no money to pay child support for his kid, even though he was making 86k a month.

What a top class family. Now hunter biden is a writer/artist, selling his work for exorbitant prices, even though the work[viewed through a fine art lens] are complete and utter garbage.

IF TRUMP OR ANY OF HIS FAMILY DID HALF THE SHIT OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT AND FAMILY DID THEY WOULD BE HUNG, DRAWN, AND QUARTERED IN THE TOWN SQUARE.

    TELL ME IM WRONG PLEASE

    Talk about hypocrisy...fucking lollocks.

So because someone who wasn't the most qualified in the past, was still given the position, we should now start using the same criteria for everyone going forward?

It sounds more like you're saying you want a female person of color elected for no other reason than as sort of a "make up call" for team B after team A was unfairly the beneficiary of a bogus penalty earlier.

That's not a very good way to operate, even if what you say is true, and one side unfairly got an advantage at one point. What if that was the baseline going forward now? We just keep spite-appointing unqualified judges for meaningless reasons that we know will upset our opponents. That's not a good solution.
