Good morning gonts.
Today is looking like it's going to be cold and cloudy.
I'd hoped we were past this shit but being mid February I suppose that was wishful thinking.
Not sure what I'm doing yet today.
Part of me wants to work on the Lancer at my girlfriend's house but the drive there and back kills so much time I won't get anything done probably.
Considered buying 2 tires for it except I guess I should fix the rest of the car first.
The reason I wanted to go to her house today was to get my other car because it is suppose to be snowy tomorrow and I really don't want to end up in a ditch driving the hood rat Lancer.
The weather forecast pretty much decided for me that I will in fact be driving back out there to get my other car today.
And since I have the other wheels with me right now I guess stopping to see if I can find a couple used tires isn't the dumbest thing I could do.
Yup, that's my plan now.
I'm going to get dressed and go do that.

Bought 2 used tires and got them mounted and balanced for $100.
I wanted to go to a junkyard but that's even more time consuming and time I don't have right now.
Auto parts store was out of throttle body cleaner.

You could have bought a reliable older vehicle for a lot less than what you are in now. Like a late 90s Ford Ranger with the 4 cyl Mazda motor. Those things will 300k plus with routine maintenance.

I'm already in it $1900.
I doubt I'll get my money back out of it.
This weekends goal is to post it for sale and try not to lose any more money than I have to and learn from this mistake.

They fired a new guy who started 3 weeks before me.
I work alone all day so I really have nothing to base my own performance off of.
They did give me a key to the building though so I must be doing alright.
Im focused on work for the rest of the day.
Don't have any plans tonight.
I'm hoping to do a load of laundry and relax.
