Got home hungry and went to cook my pork chops but my frying pan is dirty and I don't feel like washing it.
Thinking fast I noticed I had an oven and began to wonder if I could bake them in it.
After a quick google search I decided to smear a shit load of butter on each pork chop and then spread a shit load of mayonnaise on top of that.
A little salt.
A little pepper.
Some shredded mexican cheese and 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
I hope anyways cuz I'm very hungry.
Side note: I tore them out of the packaging frozen today and let them thaw out but while smearing butter all over them I noticed black fibers all over the place so my pork chops are going to have some packaging left on them but I'm sure my stomach can handle that.
And while I was doing all of that I also got a dozen eggs out to hard boil in my Dash Egg Cooker but I accidently broke one and dropped it back in the egg carton so now I got to find something to put my remaining 11 eggs in once they are done.
The eggs are for tomorrow...
I'll probably just microwave some Bob Evan's Loaded Mashed Potatoes for a side dish tonight.
