The Fuzz is the Police. I haven't talked to the police since some dude plowed through an intersection a month ago and I just called 9-1-1 dispatch which took my report. never learned if someone died or not. it was pretty fatal-looking.
the cop called me the next day, thanked me for the info, and asked if I saw it. I said I heard the brakes lock up and I turned just as it hit, but pushed the other car crossing the opposite way get to push past the cross-section going the direction the speeding car was. in other words pushed sideways. it may have actually rolled too, and it sounded like a second impact involving a third car or parked car.
