    I have been walking up fairly steep hills fast pace because my treadmill is a basic piece of shit. it doesn't have the 15* incline. I have to put it on books

    yeah all my family are here, it's wierd, when i went to london and france my mind cleared, but since being back here my mental state has just crashed.. hate this place.
