Just because they outlawed it in the 80s or wtf ever ur talking about wariat [I'm assuming you mean the la riots and shit over dude that got his ass beat], doesn't mean that cops still don't beat peoples asses on the regular.
I've literally had cops pull me out of a car in st louis, plant drugs on my car[actually it was empty capsules of heroin but either way they weren't mine and they weren't there before the cops searched], and tell me that I better give them the dopeboys number and make buys for them or they are gonna file a case on me and take me behind the projects I was in and beat my ass.
I told them to go ahead and the (drugs) they found in my car weren't mine and I'll see them in court.
I was let go.
