Why would it be any less of a bad investment than Arizona where you purchased? you made it sound like "Invest in Arizona" and that California and Nevada is a Liberal Shithole but Arizona is the happening state to be in.
Reno is building a massive fucking Battery company that will be hiring 35000 employees. and they are planning on expansion. Also Solar Farms and Windmill Farms going in.
I was purchasing land wayyyy the fuck out in the high desert but real close to reno, just in California. so it's not that far of a commute. 40 miles each way but there is no fucking traffic on I-395 Stateline aka CalNev
plus awesome motorcycle and offroading BLM trails. and on the California side, they're going to make a Boneyard for aircraft. pull and sell parts. it will be as massive as the one near Edwards AFB -
