POLECAT is a motherfucking ferret
[my presentably immunised ammonification]
I dehumidify my grow room by running a 6" pipe from the woodstove to the grow room and added a fan to knock it down to 15% trying to kill some powdery mildew I got infested with, its working. upper me temp by 15 degrees and lowered the humidity 30%. we keep pots of water on top of the stove to humidify the house, it goes through 10 gallons a day

I have a dehumifier in my basement because there's a crack I need to tear up the drywall to get at. I've had shroom rooms with humidifiers in them that worked well
I do have a few problems with this guy's installation. His 6" round duct should be neater and have 90 degree angles and be parallel to the return drop. The round duct should also have the seams to the back so they're not seen. Back when I installed them, I also hid all of the low voltage wiring inside of the ductwork rather than visible on the outside for a much cleaner look. Also, saddle water tap valves are no longer allowed and you need to cut and solder in a water access port with a built-in shut-off valve. Finally, I always hooked my water supply up to the cold water supply. The hot water will give you better results but, because of the minerals dissolved in the hot water, will cause clogging issues, callbacks and dissatisfied customers. Also, this guy ran his PVC drain blocking access to the water heater.
