If I left now I would be late getting to work. My day is suppose to be a short one so I might be able to help out afterwards but my guess is by then the meds will have worn off and he will start screaming for help. He didn't look to be in a very comfortable position leaning forward. Luckily he parked his car next to the dumpster that is inside that fence. Hopefully he will get someone's attention.
