it got back up around 250 midway through this Corona shit but I have started to take long walks and jogging a little on the treadmill and ride a bike now and then. our Gym still isn't open in the building. I suspect real soon now it will be. My goal is at most 200 but i would be happier with 190 -

Dunno man but if you'd cut you're NIS time in half, & spent the other half on a spin bike or even post while you spin you'd drop pounds. -
