24th on thursday at 2pm but i'm trying to get it on the 25th so i can use a bus to get the 4 hours there.

i've been doing logging/brush removal for a couple days and i cracked one of my ribs, so i basically spent the today getting high and thinking about whether or not 15$ an hour to drag brush and drink on a little farm my plug owns

Sorry i haven't been posting much,

pretty bullshit if you ask me a) I didn't do it b) no one cares the assault was 5/30/2019 so we're going on three fucking years of me being on bail for a disorderly conduct & battery party to a crime, you know how stupid that shit is? Now i need to go travel 4 hours away, sit in jail for 34 days, pay like 600$ in court costs and have more convictions on my record, well one, they're gonna dismiss the battery.

It's a shame but when they charged me 10/2019 of course no business has their CCTV footage, no one remembers what day they went on a date with a stranger they ended up not liking 5 months earlier, then this girl who didn't like me & the victim repeated over and over again that i was one of the attackers.

    I can't beat it and it's a shame i don't really give a fuck though

they told me i can have huber, but i don't do dormitories/bunk beds in a day room, to be in huber you have to basically sleep ontop of someone else and i'm like yea, i have a lot of drugs in my sysytem and wanna dry out from the drinking, don't think that will happen if i get a job for 34 days at TACO BELL in a tweaker town.

    No probation.

The courts are odd. They sentenced me to 3 years and then I went for a warrant for a simple assault I had committed a year prior, and the judge gave me FIVE DAYS, to be served consecutive to my prison sentence, just to be a fucking dick. So I after I got released from the pen they drove me across the state to this little tiny rinky dinky jail with like 20 total inmates for me to sit my little 5 more days.

Total waste of time and money. I should have gotten his personal information and murdered him

Google "Hearsay" "United States Law", i did not beat anyone, but the girl was a witness to the man being beaten (the man didn't know me) and told him that it was me that did it to him, so there two statements are going to get me convicted.

So they have to prove that they were both there? Can you overrule hearsay by also having your own witness who could say that they were there too and saw that you didn't do anything?

You should have just gang raped the witness, everything would have worked out.

Yup I have a friend who went on the run from a halfway house during a federal sentence, then on his second last day in the pen they took him to court and arraigned him, he pled guilty and was sent3nced to 30 days but they made him do 20 in a provincial jail then 10 at the halfway house. I've been pretty fortunate with some of the stuff I've seen them do

It's kinda fucky how different two judges can be. Had a judge when I revoked my probation one time who sentenced me to like 6 months or something and then gave me time served credit for basically all of it with credit from time I spent in treatment like 2 years prior to it. It actually surprised the hell out of me, like how the H does that count as serving time but obviously I didn't argue with him.

I shouldve gotten his personal information and given him a consentual blowjob

im gonna go there and try to be honest with the judge and explain why i was unable to make a defense, how i am being convicted because of hearsay, and that i do not think the community or court of law is served by incarcerating me for 45 days, despite that i am agreeing to the plea bargain.

If he gives me any less time i'd be so excited, originally i was gonnna trty to say i need to be out by x time in order to hav ea job, but i think im just gonna be honest with him.

My body hurts because of how cold our climate is, i want to go south where i can have better health and work, for 3 years i've been going from rental unit to rental unit to my mom's and i really wanna just get past it and my attorney has advised me i most likely would not win and would have to remain in Wisconsin due to probation.

Sometimes judges won't accept a plea under protest. Try to make an Alford plea mang, West Memphis 3 em
