I just said I had all the fix-ins to try and make it obvious I was talking about the sausage/food and making a dumb pun joke thing. I guess it didn't work as intended.
I don't like "fix-ins" really at all. Not the standard ones anyway. If given the opportunity, when having a brat (which I also pronounce BROT (bra t-sound) and I think pretty much everyone does), I'll add ketchup, hot sauce, and flaming hot Cheetos or cheddar jalapeno Cheetos if possible, otherwise any chips are fine. I just like the crunchy factor.
I am extremely picky and I dislike many foods and condiments and things of that nature. Mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, etc. None of that for me ever. If i eat tacos it's shell, meat, cheese, hot sauce, and I guess some lettuce is ok. Never anything else. Sour cream, olives, refried beans, GET THEM AWAY. REBUKE! -

What do you mean we will never know?
1. All the trimmings, condiments, or accompaniments that are desired or considered standard for a particular dish. Often spelled or pronounced colloquially as "fixins" or "fixin's." My mom said she'd cook a big ham with all the fixings for Christmas dinner. -
2022-02-08 at 1:13 AM UTCIf you're from the deep South, you know exactly what fixin's are.

I don't like that. It's fix-ins with a hyphen. The end.
