Funny thing about that particular place is when I viewed it the tenant already occupying it was a giant sheboon who looked to be working from home on 2 desktop computers, she gave me a dirty look but besides the mess the place wasn’t too bad
After searching again I found a place advertised that was absolutely perfect except a little over my budget, I ended up discussing it with my girlfriend and whatnot and her answer is always to do with god or the bible so I had to start reading and praying again
Then after changing my persona totally (borrowed my uncles Maserati, didn’t dress ghetto, arrived early, basically just looked the part - so well that a woman waiting to view it herself thought I was the man waiting to show her around the place 😆)
I finally got it, signed, taken off the market and just waiting to move in next month
Real nice place too, I feel a little bad like I don’t deserve it because I actually don’t but I still can’t help but feel it’s the work of god in me 🤔
