    I'm losing weight and getting back into shape. I'm not going to bulk up with weights like when I was in my 20s and 30s. I had a big neck but it was muscular back then which, might be why it's difficult to lose the flab now. I let myself. go.

    You also have to understand some people are tall and have a "Swimmer's body" which is straight" and then you have me which I have a V shape torso which is more common with weight lifters. its not that its created by weight lifting but its the type of torso that shows off better with weight lifters. less lanky looking than a swimmer bod.
    
    I think there are 4 types of Male shape torsos. most women however do prefer a swimmer body to that of a body builder shape
