He was sitting outside in his wheelchair and his mother came out and I heard her say "do you want your funny hat?"
My Fona hat was a big funny hat with a big "F" on it.
I wonder if his funny hat use to be my Fona hat???
I wouldn't be surprised if he is the one breaking into cars at night as it seems like someone clumsy and disabled is doing the crimes as they lose all their cigarettes on the floor boards and leave them.
I think I will set up a camera and try to catch the SOB.
If it is the wheelchair bound junkie that stole my hat I will be lynching him.
I hope it is him as I don't feel like fighting an able bodied person.
