I think everyone should receive free medical care so long as the medical patent laws and ESPECIALLY the medical prescription laws remain in place.
Both are a rope around the neck of ordinary working people, and the rope belongs to the rich. Until we accept how much the rich and the jedis and especially the rich jedis earn from us, free markets are a bullshit dream.

It blows my mind that free health care (or rather semi free) health care is a divisive issue in countries without it. If you don't think we all deserve free health care from the state then you don't deserve it and will probably die early anyway from eating tide pods or something

Everyone just needs to pull themselves up by the bootstraps and perform their own medical procedures on themselves as well as make their own medications and stop relying on others to fix their problems. So sad.

I sat in the emergency room with a gunshot wound for 19 hours today then stormed out and beat a 6 year old into a pulp over the last paw patrol band aid at a drug store. I know he was 6 because he said he should have at least 3 years left before he died of polio and lupus like elementary school aged children are want to do in this country.
His last words were "this is the best health care system money can't buy"

I'm a turbo free market libertarian.
My main problem is that if you roll up to the emergency room with enough money to by a course of penicillin, or enough money to buy a course of ABVD (for hodgkins lymphoma) you could be turned away, because they won't sell those life saving medicines to you without a medical prescription, which can cost several thousand dollars/euros.
So you will basically be left to die.
Even if you roll up to a hospital with an ear infection that requires two weeks worth of amoxicillin, a common antibiotic, you could lose the ear if you don't have money to pay for a prescription. This nearly happened to me when I was a student. Another time I was made pay twice for antibiotic prescriptions, when €35 was a lot of money to me, for antibiotics when actually I had FUCKING CANCER.
Unless the medical system is reformed, don't make poor people pay for it. The blood price to too high.
I can tolerate some corruption, some inefficiency and death and greed, but as a tax payer I don't like being ankle deep in the blood of the innocent.

Imagine getting cancer and having to make the call of whether you just give up and die so your family has some money or you spent your life savings fighting it and hope you win. A private health care system makes the drug companies exponentially more money than a public one, partly due to the entrenched corruption where companies give kickbacks and offer preferred rates to institutions.
Anyone who thinks a a health care system isn't part of the social contract we have with our state but police are is such a cuckold its actually sickening

I had cancer and I needed a surgery (worth at least €100k) and about 9 months of ABVD. The chemo was worth a least €9,000 because of the need for each script to be signed off by some busybody doctor, one of them cut my benzo prescription because I was lightheaded after being injected, so fell back down into the chair, so she, the bitch said "no more benzos for you so you can sleep through the day, even though the chemo makes you sick as shit". EVIL FUCKING CUNT. I fucking hate doctors like poison. If I heard a cancer doctor's conference got nail bombed, I'd fucking celebrate. Doctors are evil fucks who should have their eyes gouged out and their guts ripped open. No wonder Israel is the country with the most doctors per capita.

LMAO 8 a day. I used to be prescribed 1 extended release, but I never took it. One time about a month ago I was feeling really smooth and mellow, then I realised why, I took a tramadol before.
On the other hand, when I had genuine neuropathic (referred) pain, tramadol worked great. It wasn't even addictive for me or anything. My mom's boyfriend has been working construction the last few weeks, and he worked his way through a sheet of my tramadol. He was in some level of pain, but the tramadol helped him get through it.
Tramadol is just for me a good pain killer, like a 10x panadol or something. Compared to oxycontin the drowsiness is around zero. However, always try to avoid morphine. That shit is addictive as fuck. I never tried dilaudid/diamorphine.

I find they're better for Anti inflammatory pain but don't really get a buzz. I'm a filthy junkie though and I just want to be comfortably numb. I have a very addictive personality. I'm glad I was never hard into Fentanyl because it has no "legs" and only lasts a short amount of time. I could see right away how people overdose so frequently off it, you do one dose then keep chasing as it leaves your system. Injecting would be Russian Roulette on a good day. The whole pharma system is designed to keep you dependent on it. Healthy people don't pay the bills. SWIM discovered a loophole in the system which may have just been using two provider to provide 60 and 70% of some coverage so he was able to exploit it for a few measely thousand dollars over a year when he was alot healthier than he is now. Don't even feel bad should probably do it again
