   Yeah, I just find that for me benzos are the hardest drug to adhere to the rules with once I start taking any. Not that I think 6 mg will send you off the rails or anything but benzos are tricky.

    Yeah two bars over 8 hours for a drug veteran will be fine, absolute worst case scenario you might have to deal with some rebound anxiety during your shift once it wears off.
