If I was a rich billionaire I would have sex offenders kidnapped and suspended off a specially adapted crane on my Yacht. Also, i'd have two dinghys onboard equipped with machine guns, and a helicopter deck, with a helicopter that has some sort of armaments also. The dinghys will be my escort vessels.
They'd have to send the fucking navy to come get me. Although i might bribe some African dictators for shelter at one of their ports. I am also pretty sure i could buy some mercenaries there if the fucking navy was after me.
