You never had it anyway. And if you feel like you've lost your time, I'm guessing maybe you regret what you did with it when you had it. I want you to know, it was never really there. The concept of time is an illusion created in the minds of humans because we are all mental. All you ever really had was the present. And if you're reading this, you still have the present. And it really can be a gift, depending what you do with it. Try to let go of the past, because you don't really have a choice anyway and attempting to cling to something that isn't really there will cause you to hurt yourself. Enjoy the simple daily pleasures you have available to you, eat, be merry, enjoy the moment, for eventually there will be no more moments to enjoy.

This really fucked me up emotionally. I'm not really sure why.
I'm having a bad time in life rn but i keep myself motivated by telling myself it'll get better soon as this position isn't forever, then it'll get worse again, and back and forth until one day it stays broken forever more like my heart.
