i have this intensely tight sensation around my left temple, ear and surrounding eye/eyebrow musckes all day long and the only thing that helps is repeatedly twisting/cracking/contorting the stiff part of my neck and face to relieve some of the pressure. it's only on the left side of my face and its driving me insane, what disorder is this

its like having a muscle that is in a constant charlie horse (but not painful) around my left temple

Yo kid this is actually serious. Normally I'd write a lengthy paragraph that ends with telling you to huff Raid, but if you're seriously having this problem, please go see a doctor as soon as you possibly can. A friend of mine had something rupture in that part of his head when he opened his jaw and moved it around, it resulted in a permanent loss of hearing and internal bleeding. He needed surgery.
From what you're describing, it is probably something in your otological system. Don't fuck around, don't ask fucking niggasin.space for help, go see a doctor, preferably an ENT specialist, as soon as possible. Don't delay.
You probably had a very mild stroke. It's not uncommon to have one with either no symptoms or very mild ones. Bound to happen from your drug use.

Oh shit, a member of my family is having this same problem but in her leg and she says it's painful. She says it's hard to sleep because of it
