Melody Chartauff and Larry David did this Anchor News shit like SNL has their own.
they did a Joke about the news artical in the paper that week of my Mom and Brother. My Mom was sorely pissed off (to this day, don't bring it up) the rest of us laughing our asses off but then, because we lived on a street where everyone knew everyone. most kids I went to school and their parents knew my Mom.. all good friends. a good block to live on.. sort of. and at midnight, you could hear uproaring of people laughing, some people running over to the house. back then, people just knocked and walked in. unlike today where people lock themselves in.
blah.. I digress. I told this story before and Kr0z would tell me so if he were alive.
I can't find that episode but every now and then, someone tells my sister they saw it. there is a DVD collection, I have viewed the entire thing. but more than 2/3rds of the episodes are missing. so if I come across it, I might post it.
PI or not. it was funny. and Larry David is funny. I liked his film about the "Smart Car" he invented but got fucked out of the royalties. -
