I can do the fuck I want. this is America not American't

I was walking up a hill in this small town next to Berkeley. It's sort of part of Berkeley, they call them Hamlets not villages out here.

AnyWho I was spinning like a helicopter with my arms and hands out while walking up this hill and a cop drove by and didn't like that shit and got on his bullhorn and said "Sir, Stop doing that" and I had headphones on listening to the pet shop boys but I kind of heard him thinking he was talking to kids or some shit. and he said again. then go out of his car and I was like "Oh me" while pointing at myself and he said "Ahh Yes, You" and I said wut I do? and he said You can't play helicopter on the street, can I see your ID" I guess he thought I was just some weird homeless dude or on drugs but I said "I CANT EXERCISE WHILE WALKING" and he said Is that what you were doing? because it looks like you're just being a nuisance to me.

I'm pretty sure helicoptering is a God Given right protected under the constitution. You should have said "Officer, you have read the constitution under which you are obligated to serve, haven't you?"

to sort of put it in modern text, Our Constitution states as long as no one else is harmed and it poses no threat to anyone else.

IN theory the officer could say I might smack someone in the eye by doing this. and since the Patirot act was re-enforced after 9/11/01. Police in most states (Maybe not all, but California is one of them) can detain you in the event they believe you might have some sort of mental disturbance. they can do a watch for like 24 hours (or maybe it's 72) in the state of california. to see if you're on drugs or having some kind of stroke or some shit. that is making you do something that seems odd to them. they don't even have to take you to the Hospital but rather lock you in a cell for oberservation. it sucks but in California, that is legal. and often used by cops as a way to fuck up your day. They don't have anything to arrest you for so they say "He's acting belligerent and I have the court authority to place him or her (or non-binary) under watch for a certain amount of time.

    LOL Fuck California.

I will say an Officer of the Law in the state of California who is in fact worried for someone's health would take them straight to a hospital or call an ambulance because if that person died, they could be held responsible. but an officer say "You grew up with and he was that dickhead bully in school, or you were a bully to him and he is paying you back" that kind of cop can hold you for at least 24 hours in observation. its happened to me a few times. Sucks, and it's not funny but seems oddly funny later on. kind of . when you realize you can't do shit about it. The power of the Police Badge, NIGGAS!

    think I'm lying?

I got arrested for dancing in Alameda in 2009. no lie. for doing a spin and a dancing shuffle in front of a cop. he said I had to be held for Observation

No one cared, but when this Black Man got arrested 5 blocks from where I got arrested, then all hell broke lose. You have to be Black for it to be something

same city, same neigborhood. No one cares about white getting arrested

    It's pretty self explanatory

If you follow a constitution...you are not making free decisions...you are following others "rules"..moving "freely" within the confines of the constitution...

..that's like doing what you want...in your own prison cell.
