I got Black-Listed, Denied SSDI when I had 2 legit reasons to collect. doctors writing letters to the Social Security office on behalf of me.
I was denied. I was denied because "I did no work 40 quarters" in 10 years (or 20 of the 40)
So it turned out, That a Company in Walnut Creek I worked for or through. a temp service or temp to perm that' before being black listed' was suggested by none other Jeff hunter in the 1990s, never reported taxes being doc. that was their job. I wonder how much they stole from the IRS.
anyways, I found a pay stub about 2 months going through everything to prove I worked for Wells Fargo corporate office or one of 5 other contracts, including a Title Company, another bank corporate office and 2 Auditing firms.
a lady by the name of Lisa or Liz (I forget..im pretty sure it was one of those) had purchased the company and lied. However, I could easily have the IRS contact a former Manager to prove I worked there during the year around 1995-1996
I even sent an e-latter online to both the IRS and FBI gov sites. never got a response. that was about 10 years back.
someone has purposely kept me from speaking out. there is no dancing around that fact.
One day, someone from some federal agency is going to log on here, read this shit. and actually follow up. and shit may finally get done. regardless of "Statutes" being up. Because I'm pretty sure someone told me Murder is one with 0 statutes but another is any money being kept from the US Government or stolen from. there is a 0 statute on it or a very very long one. even 30-40 years. and it's been 27 so far.
