being an amateur astronomer living in the desert would be cool for the dark skies. Unfortunately here in Texas the deserty bits are usually full of illegal Mexicans both dead and alive and their Coyote guides.

Like there are so many of them that they're stacked up too high that theyd block your telescope or whats the correlation?

I am looking at purchasing the land right next to yours so I can finally live out my dream fantasy of being an annoying neighbor that constantly borrows stuff and never returns it

There are lots of undocumented people in the northern Desert as well I'm sure but no one bugs them and they don't bug people. they're too far from the borders to be edgy and ready to strike out? i dunno.

it's more chill up here. and the farmers need them. and yes, there are farms in the desert as well. but this area is cool because there is a lot of open park land that will never ever be built on. it's reserves. and so it will also be cool and wide open and no stupid faggoted ass subdivisions with a house per 1/6th of an acre or even condos. the smallest lots are 1.5 acres, the average lot is 2-2.5 acres and then it jumps to 7-10-20 etc.

thats how lots are laid out. so you never have to worry about high density housing. at least not now. unless they rezone.

Lets get like 10 of us to go in on this

    Joint in Tenant ownership

    $24,00020 Acres
0 Off Turtle Mtn #0, Doyle, CA 96109

20 acres that would be 2,400 a piece for 2 acres. plus closing cost (probably 10 percent). we can all go in on a few wells and share the water, and everyone responsible for their own perk test for their own sceptic tank.

1200 bucks an acre isn't easy to come by.
or maybe 2 large industrial size sceptic tanks to be shared between the 10 groups of land. 5 properties each.

we don't have to rezone the property, just have a buy out option by anyone or everyone in the group first, before selling it to an outsider. make an agreement at face value for 90 days to the group or singular party and then sell it to outsider.

its too bad this wasn't a more of a civil upstanding group., I mean fucking hell 2 acres for 2400 bucks isn't easy to come by in the state of California.

The new law in California Senate Bill 9

allows people with property to build more houses on the property.

so even if 3 others wanted to go in on 20 acres at 5,800 plus each. thats 5 acres each. the new law of Senate Bill 9 applies in California, not Nevada across the border (3 miles away) they have stricter laws and well right restrictions

Do it. its next to the airport road.

buy the one on the other side. it's for sale. across the street. we can build a tunnel under the main road to each others properties and steal shed tools from each other. so you always know where shit is.
