that said some places will not offer you a job if you test too high - police in the US have been sued in the past for refusing applicants with high IQ scores on the basis that they were unlikely to stay with the force long enough to make their training costs worthwhile -

because they would move on to a higher-paying gig? Or because they were so smart, they didn't conform to a 'follower' role of taking orders from the top down? -

the justification was that they were likely to quickly get bored with the role and leave, but yeah I imagine the higher chance of them questioning orders, seniority etc. factored in too -

cold as fuck at night. but in the desert just 20 miles inland of San Diego was 70 degrees yesterday. I loved Orange County (North of San Diego, south of LA) it was foggy early morning but then warmed up in November when I was there around 10am and then was like 68 degrees but at night it got piss fucking cold. so you better have a nice sleeping bag to sleep in. just get a pup-tent that springs open, and a backpack gear and use your thumb old school to hitchhike to So-Cal
I wouldn't move to San Francisco. it's a shitty place to be homeless. literal. they're forcing people off the streets now.
LA will start getting warm in the 70s-80s in a few months. SF gets cold by summer. foggy and shitty until the end of summer. -
