It's been Chilly the last couple of days here in Sunny Houston. 26F this morning in the northern suburbs where I live...BRRRRRR
As such it required me make a big ol crockpot of Texan/Mancunian Chili (or Chili-con-carne as we like to say in Jolly old England).

Is it both sweet and spicy? Best chili I ever had a sweet taste to it.
