Ed Gains, Joseph Franklin, Jeffry Dahmer, David Spanbauer, Walter E Ellis, Edward W Edwards, John Wayne Gacy. Wisconsin which is considered a very friendly and once a safe state to raise children in has become one of the most violent states to live to date.
If you're born and raised in Wisconsin and live an average life span, it is said there will be on average 36 serial killers you will pass in a lifetime. Not Killers, but serial killers.

for a while other well known serial killers had lived for a brief time in Wisconsin.
Ted Bundy lived in Green Bay
Rader (BTK Killer) Lived in Green Bay for a period of time.
Richard Rameriz (Hillside strangler) lived in Milwaukee for a time
Charlie Manson ran away from Omaha Nb from the Boys Town and lived in Milwaukee at age 17 after the court sent him to Boys Town. he was caught but sent to Juvinial hall and then on to prison for another year until released.
New Yorks infamous Son of Sam David Berkawitz lived in Milwakee for a period of time.
International Serial Killer Chai Soua Vang also murdered people in Wisconsin before being caught in Wisconsin. he had killed in asian countries as well. including Hong Kong and Cambodia and is of Hmong decent.
