It was written by two folks, one of which is David Sirota. David was Bernie Sanders’ speech writer during his 2020 campaign.

Our leaders have failed us. The scientific community is screaming about climate change. Large regions of the tropics will be uninhabitable - soon.

But are we doing anything about it?

    No.

Billionaires like Gates, Bezos, Musk, and 100s of old fucks you’ve never heard of are laughing all the way to the bank. They are willing to sacrifice workers, even entire countries, for the imaginary thing we call money. - Money doesn’t exist in nature, we made it up. - Climate change and pollution do exist.

We cannot continue to stand by as our home is ravaged for fake people points. We deserve clean air and water. They have no right to do that to us. The economy is a SHAM. We are all slaves.

Workers of the world, stop this madness. We control our fate, but we have to look up. We have to see the forest through the trees. We have to say enough is enough. We have to prevent our own destruction.

The economy/capitalism is anti-humanity. We must save ourselves.

We have to stop consuming mindlessly. Stop buying junk on the internet. Boycott as many corporations as you can manage. Workers around the world need to strike, and we need to support them. Continued compliance with our overlords will be our downfall.

It was ok, very silly towards the end...not realistic at all...not that movies need to be but I enjoy something that COULD happen more than something that's just being silly...as in the president putting more importance on her position when she's not going to have one very soon.

Yes, it is silly when people place so much importance on position when they're not going to have one soon.

    Even that didn't save anyone.

In the end, there is no escape.

I'm sorry, but not everything needs to sound so goddamn clever or charming or likeable all the time. Sometimes we need to just be able to say things to one another. We need to hear things!

The trailer looked gay, didn't watch. Anything besides missionary coitus for procreation between a man and a woman is a fetish and gay

The plastic in the ocean is a far more urgent threat, and there’s no un meetings, no screeching mentally ill girls, and no school walkouts over plastic in the ocean

Destroying all humans isn't a bad thing for the planet...in fact it's a good thing long term for life...the rest of life on Earth will continue more than happily without us. We're the destroy everything species...it's reasonable that we become extinct for the good of the planet.

Use more plastic folks, think of the Earth and put it first ahead of stupid humans!
