He was the Oakland Raiders coach before they moved to LA in 1981. then the Raiders came back and then left again.

As prime building sites become increasingly scarce (or prohibitively expensive) in many parts of the country, rural sites that will not pass a percolation or perc test are increasingly common.
maybe I should just find an old property with an existing house and septic and buy it. I was hoping to buy a property where the house got destroyed by the fires that went through since they have either power,sewer,water up to the property making it less expense but the state of California likes to rush people to start building or sell your property to someone who will build in 6 months time.
