    i learned about rage comix from my daughters mom when she was pregnant , at the time i thought it was a totse meme so i was highly confused. I asked her what it was and she was like its a "meme" and i was like "oh yeahh?" and thats how it all started.

You could also possibly (not sure it works) use mouthwash with alcohol, possibly forcing them to take you in for a blood test to confirm it, by which time you may have sobered up below the limit (don't know if they take this into account).

    Refuse the breathalyzer, refuse the field sobriety test , refuse the blood draw. Just keep shaking your head and say nothing.

    Later in court you will argue that you were at so-and-so bar and ordered one shot of whatever. You went to the john, came back, took your shot and after that everything was a complete blur.

    For extra measure you can hide any money you have somewhere in your car before you drive drunk, and use that fact of being booked in indigent as evidence that you had only brought 5 dollars with you with the intention of having one lone shot.

    You had to have been drugged. By who? Why? Not your fucking job to know that shit nigga.

    Except...I've heard in many states when you sign up for a license you automatically agree to take a drug/alcohol test if pulled over, or lose your license. Therefore, even if you refuse the test and avoid DUI charges, they'll still take your license.
