The state took from her yet they didn't take the 100k from the "Queen of section 8" the ICE police found she had when they saw she had a Benson in her driveway every day. her over age sons living with her while her youngest son was living at the aunts house.
they were given a warrant to search her bank account. she had over 100k in savings, her 2 over age sons (not supposed to live in a Section 8 housing with her unless in college) were growing weed in the attic. so this might be were she was able to save that much money while given 3000 dollars month in voucher money plus 200 per child (one not living with her)
What happened next? She sued ICE for invasion of her banking privacy based on racism or some crazy shit.
